  1. 0:03ChatGPT has become the place where decisions take shape.
  2. 0:06People come to ChatGPT with goals.
  3. 0:08In this case, you know, they're looking for headphones.
  4. 0:11But instead of entering a few keywords,
  5. 0:13they explain what they want to accomplish,
  6. 0:16what matters to them, what constraints they face.
  7. 0:18You know, in this case, the headphones are for work, travel, and home.
  8. 0:22You know, the person really isn't sure what features are going to be appropriate.
  9. 0:25You see, with ChatGPT ads, you can reach consumers as they discover products,
  10. 0:28as they compare options, as they're deciding what to buy.
  11. 0:32So in this case, our ads model delivered an ad for Nova Electronics Headphone.
  12. 0:36But let's be clear.
  13. 0:37The ads do not influence the responses from ChatGPT.
  14. 0:41I mean, this, of course, is essential.
  15. 0:44Trust is the foundation of this opportunity.
  16. 0:46People trust the decision guidance from ChatGPT,
  17. 0:49and our ad platform was designed with protecting this trust as this North Star.
  18. 0:53Guided by our ads principles,
  19. 0:56ads do not influence ChatGPT's answers. They're clearly labeled and displayed separately. So
  20. 1:02clearly now Nova is running ads on ChatGPT. How are those ads performing? Normally, this is a
  21. 1:08complicated question. It requires pulling reports, accessing multiple tools. And of course, you can
  22. 1:13access your ChatGPT ads reporting through our API or through our Ads Manager tool. But actually,
  23. 1:19now we've built an Ads Manager plugin for ChatGPT for work, and you can do it right there.
  24. 1:24From there, let's ask the questions.
  25. 1:26I mean, what do we really want to know?
  26. 1:27We want to know how our ads are performing.
  27. 1:28Yeah.
  28. 1:30And so it's completely conversational now.
  29. 1:32No, exactly.
  30. 1:32And so we're running three ads right now.
  31. 1:35You know, your world, your focus,
  32. 1:36share every detail made to be yours.
  33. 1:38And you can see, you know, just look at the data,
  34. 1:40some click-through rates, some conversion.
  35. 1:41It looks like your world, your focus is doing better.
  36. 1:43But that's the basics, right?
  37. 1:44That's reporting.
  38. 1:44I think what's amazing here is
  39. 1:45what do we really care about, which is why.
  40. 1:47Right?
  41. 1:48And that's a hard thing to get
  42. 1:49from straight tools and reporting.
  43. 1:50Well, let's ask the model.
  44. 1:51Why are one of our ads performing better than the others?
  45. 1:53What we want to do is we want to take action.
  46. 1:54Yeah.
  47. 1:55We want to, how do we improve the campaign?
  48. 1:56And so again, let's ask the model, what should we do next?
  49. 1:59So you can kind of create a loop between what the ads manager is saying is working and then
  50. 2:03your creative workflows and really kind of work a lot faster in iterating on the creative side.
  51. 2:07Right.
  52. 2:08And Chat2P ads offers marketers something that has never existed before, an opportunity
  53. 2:13to contribute to those key moments that are shaping decisions.
  54. 2:16Now, Chat2P ads are now available in 40 markets globally.
