  2. 0:03First, we have Yelp Host, which is our Voice AI for restaurants.
  3. 0:06It's powered by our deep business data.
  4. 0:08When you call a restaurant, our AI picks out the phone,
  5. 0:10makes reservations, lets you place takeout orders,
  6. 0:13answers questions about the business.
  7. 0:14And we also have updated Hatch, which is our voice AI
  8. 0:17communication platform for services businesses.
  9. 0:20So, things like plumbers and HVAC techs,
  10. 0:23when you call them, it helps capture new leads,
  11. 0:26schedule appointments, and it's powered by our intelligence
  12. 0:29of how these businesses operate.
  13. 0:30Until recently, voice AI has always had fundamental limits.
  14. 0:34Cascaded pipelines typically had issues with turn detection
  15. 0:38when things got really messy,
  16. 0:39like when people talk over each other.
  17. 0:40Voice-to-voice models were typically not smart enough
  18. 0:44to do complex tasks.
  19. 0:47GFD Live is a bit of a breakthrough
  20. 0:48because it combines the best of both worlds into one.
  21. 0:50In early production testing at scale,
  22. 0:52we're seeing an increase in call handled rate
  23. 0:55and a reduction in call transfers.
  24. 0:56and we're even seeing an increase in people talking in full natural sentences to the AI.
  25. 1:02We're proud to be one of the first to deploy it in production at scale and this really does set
  26. 1:07the new standard for what voice AI for local businesses can be.
