  1. 0:00Managing a workspace day-to-day means sorting through a lot of information,
  2. 0:04deciding what needs attention, and taking action.
  3. 0:07Today that often means moving between settings, analytics, and reports,
  4. 0:11a manual process that takes time.
  5. 0:13The ChatGPT admin plugin brings all that work into a single conversation,
  6. 0:18making it easier to analyze information, change settings, and
  7. 0:22take action on requests with the permissions that you already have.
  8. 0:25Let me show you how would ChatGPT work.
  9. 0:28So first, I'll navigate to the plugins tab in the sidebar and search for the ChatGPT
  10. 0:35admin plugin and install it.
  11. 0:37I'm preparing for our monthly AI rollout review.
  12. 0:40In the work tab, I'll ask, help me prepare for our monthly AI rollout review.
  13. 0:44Show how adoption is changing across ChatGPT, codecs, and work over the last 30 days.
  14. 0:49Also compare how credit usage is changing by team over the last 30 days.
  15. 0:53use two charts and call out the biggest changes.
  16. 0:59Now I can see the trend as well as the teams driving it.
  17. 1:03Finance seems to have the largest increase.
  18. 1:05So let's dive in more there.
  19. 1:07What's driving the increase in finance?
  20. 1:09Visualize the breakdown by product model
  21. 1:11and reasoning effort.
  22. 1:13So that gives me a reason behind the change,
  23. 1:16not just a number.
  24. 1:17Now to finish off the task, I can say,
  25. 1:20update our monthly AI rollout deck
  26. 1:22with these charts and takeaways, add a short summary of what's changed and share it in
  27. 1:26the AI Rollout Slack channel.
  28. 1:28Now I'll take a look at what limit requests need attention.
  29. 1:32Show me the pending usage limits, include current usage, the effective limit, and the justification
  30. 1:36submitted.
  31. 1:38I can open any requests, review the context, and approve or deny it, all in this same conversation.
  32. 1:45So I'll open the one with the highest current usage and say, open the request with the highest
  33. 1:50current usage, show its recent trend and the proposed limit.
  34. 1:56That checks out, so I'll approve it.
  35. 1:58Approve this request at the proposed limit, add a note that it's approved for the upcoming
  36. 2:03launch.
  37. 2:04With the ChatGPT admin plugin, I was able to analyze information and review and approve
  38. 2:09requests in a single conversation without having to piece that context together across
  39. 2:14multiple screens.
