  1. 0:00Yo, what's up? It's Mark. I realized I've never actually introduced Stalker, so this is my new
  2. 0:04little software. It's a social listening tool, so you can track whatever keyword you want. Those are
  3. 0:11the keywords I track for my little other startup, TrustMRR, and you can put them in brands, like in
  4. 0:16groups. So I have a group for my brand, I have competitors, and you can create groups about any
  5. 0:21keywords. Then this tab here is going to show all the mentions of the tracked keyword, their metrics,
  6. 0:28like how many likes, etc. it gets. And it's basically a way for me to know exactly what
  7. 0:33people are saying about my products online. I can follow up with some of them if I think
  8. 0:38they're interesting, or I can just open the post right away. Then it has filters. So for instance,
  9. 0:43I can, basic stuff, like I can filter by dates if I want. I can also filter by sources. So I can say
  10. 0:49I only want to see posts from X that get at least 10 likes. Though here, I'm going to see all those
  11. 0:55posts right here that might need my attention. And then if one of them is
  12. 0:59interesting and maybe I should reply or something, I can just mark it as
  13. 1:02follow-up so I don't forget it. Here the metrics are refreshed hourly and daily,
  14. 1:07so if something is going viral here, it's gonna be shown so that I know
  15. 1:12this post has gotten a lot of engagement. I can filter also by
  16. 1:16whoever mentions my brand by a specific username. I can choose to track to
  17. 1:21see only specific keywords. I can track by category. So each of those posts here are going to
  18. 1:27be analyzed with AI and they're going to fall into some categories. I can create new categories if I
  19. 1:32want here. So I have four for me that matter. Praise is like people are making like kind of
  20. 1:36like testimonials about my products. So I collect those and I use it on my landing page to get,
  21. 1:42you know, better conversion rate. If someone mentions a bug somewhere, I know I need to fix
  22. 1:46something, feature requests and complaints, this is a way for me to know what's being said online
  23. 1:52about my brand. There's also a little sentient vibe where you can filter by positive, negative,
  24. 1:57and of course the status of whatever, if you mark those as follow-up or done, you can filter by this.
  25. 2:03I also set up alerts, so every day at 8 a.m. I'm going to receive a daily digest which
  26. 2:10look like this, where I'm going to see a novel or recap so I know what's going on,
  27. 2:14And I can send custom alert here where I can say, you know, if a certain post that has a negative sentience reach over 10 likes, then send me an email alert.
  28. 2:24And just recently, just today, I set up MCP and API.
  29. 2:27So basically everything that is visible on the UI is possible with agents.
  30. 2:33So, you know, you create an API key and you would let your agents do the work.
  31. 2:37You have MCP, Webhook, like everything you can think your agent can use is available with this MCP slash API.
  32. 2:44And I just shipped this new feature where you can make a dashboard public, which is why I'm making this video,
  33. 2:51because there will probably be a link somewhere to this public dashboard where, you know, this link here right there is public.
  34. 2:57And then it basically shows all the mentions of my brand on the little page that I can show to my customers.
  35. 3:04I can embed on my site so people can see what people are saying about my product.
  36. 3:09It's a brand new software, I built it for me, I have no idea where this is going.
