- 0:10We are really trying to advance the pace of life sciences development.
- 0:15We really have this culture of experimentation, especially with AI.
- 0:20Cursor really stood out right away because of its customizability and extensibility as compared to some of the other tools.
- 0:28We have a very complex developer environment.
- 0:32Think lots of requirements, custom Docker files,
- 0:34that's all running locally.
- 0:36But cloud agents in particular,
- 0:39this is what we're most excited about.
- 0:40We're able to lift that entire local development
- 0:43up into the cloud.
- 0:44We have thousands of old enzyme tests in our code base.
- 0:49We need to migrate them to RTL,
- 0:51and it's blocking a major React upgrade for us.
- 0:53It was moving very slowly.
- 0:55We were quoting about a year
- 0:56to get this entire migration done.
- 0:59But what we've tried out in the past quarter
- 1:02is we've rolled out cloud agents.
- 1:05Let's orchestrate hundreds of agents
- 1:07that we spin off and do migrations for us.
- 1:10Now the scale and the rate
- 1:13at which we're converting our RTL tests
- 1:16has increased significantly
- 1:18to the point we are quoting about one quarter
- 1:21to finish this rather than an entire year.
- 1:24We've really sort of built up a whole developer experience around cloud agents.
- 1:3030% of our merged PRs are actually from cloud agents now.
- 1:34We're able to support that with skills and context in order to match the quality we still expect.
- 1:41Cursor is really helping advance a lot of the speed and the quality piece.
- 1:45And the Composer models have been very cost efficient in that regard and still giving us a great output.
- 1:53it. We actually give developers the option to choose out of a set of AI tools and to choose
- 2:02out of most available models. We have seen that people have gravitated towards Cursor because of
- 2:09its cloud agent capability. Each quarter we run a development survey. Last quarter we rolled out
- 2:16Cursor cloud agents. What we saw from last quarter to this quarter was a 20% jump in AI
- 2:23developer satisfaction. We also saw that 95% of our developers are satisfied with
- 2:29our AI tooling right now.
