  2. 0:04We have a very easy use onboarding process for your team members, but for some companies who
  3. 0:10don't want their team members to create their own account, maybe because you want to help them
  4. 0:15onboard, or maybe because you have less tech-savvy employees, we've created the managed upload process.
  5. 0:23Basically, what the managed upload process is, is you will be capturing and uploading the photos
  6. 0:29for your team members or one of your team members, like your virtual assistants will do it.
  7. 0:33You need to make sure that you understand that in this process, you'll be capturing the photos
  8. 0:38of everyone. You will upload the details and change the clothing. And only in the end,
  9. 0:42once the photos are done, can you share the results with them. So basically, as explained
  10. 0:47on this page, only use the managed uploading process if you want to have full control over
  11. 0:53it. If you want your team members to have their own account, if you want them to upload their
  12. 0:56own photos use our easy to use onboarding process but if you basically want to act as the photographer
  13. 1:03then use our manage photo shoot so i just click the manage photo shoot button before and basically
  14. 1:08brings you to the space just to make sure you that everything understood and at this moment
  15. 1:13basically yes you want to use this press the yes i will manage the photo shoot and now you get to
  16. 1:19upload the photos so you will be uploading the photos of everyone 15 photos in total pick
  17. 1:25everything and in the end after two hours their results will be done basically after two hours
  18. 1:31the results will show as a finished photo shoot you are the owner of the photo shoot not the team
  19. 1:36member press the view button and now to share the results with your team members click the copy
  20. 1:45share link create a shareable link copy the link and now share this with the team member you made
  21. 1:53the photos for and then they get to access all the photos in an easy to use dashboard they can
  22. 1:58preview download and download the profile pictures and basically they don't have to do anything
  23. 2:03you have managed it for them and you just share the results with them so yeah this is how to use
  24. 2:09the managed photo shoot if you have any questions reach out to our support and otherwise enjoy using
