  2. 0:12In this one, I'll show you how to go even faster with skills, pre-built workflows that
  3. 0:18run automatically so you never have to type the same prompt twice.
  4. 0:22We've built a library of them for the Superhuman Mail Connector.
  5. 0:26I'm going to show you how to grab one and then run it in about two minutes.
  6. 0:31Let's go.
  7. 0:36A skill is just a text file with instructions inside.
  8. 0:39When you save it to your favorite AI tool, your AI reads those instructions and knows
  9. 0:43exactly what to do, which tools to use, how to behave, what to output.
  10. 0:48Superhuman Mail's pre-built skills cover our most popular workflows like morning briefings,
  11. 0:52deal tracking, and end of day wrap ups.
  12. 0:55We write the instructions so you don't have to.
  13. 1:03Our skills are available to download directly
  14. 1:05from the Superhuman Mail Help Center.

  16. 1:09I'm going to walk through the morning briefing
  17. 1:11as our example, but I'd recommend downloading
  18. 1:14all of the skills while you're there.
  19. 1:16The steps to install them are exactly the same.
  20. 1:19Click the skill you want, this will begin a download.
  21. 1:22save the file somewhere easy to find, like your desktop,
  22. 1:25and you're ready to go.
  23. 1:31Open up a new conversation,
  24. 1:33drag your skill file into the chat
  25. 1:35and tell your AI to save this skill,
  26. 1:38then hit enter and watch it work.
  27. 1:41This is the same for Claude and ChatGPT.
  28. 1:44Be sure to click save this skill once you see that option.
  29. 1:47If for some reason drag and drop isn't working for you in Claude,
  30. 1:51there's another way to get the skill in.
  31. 1:52Click Customize in the sidebar,
  32. 1:55then click Create New Skills.
  33. 1:56Now, click the plus button.
  34. 1:58From there, click Create New Skill,
  35. 2:01then choose Upload New Skill
  36. 2:03and drag your file into that box.
  37. 2:06It takes an extra step,
  38. 2:07but ultimately still saves your skill for you.
  39. 2:10Once it's saved, you won't need to attach it again.
  40. 2:13Just open a new conversation and say,
  41. 2:15run the morning briefing skill, and it's off.
  42. 2:17Saved once, runs anytime.
  43. 2:19same steps whether you're in Claude or Chachubiti.
  44. 2:26So that's skills.
  45. 2:28Pre-built workflows you save once and run any time you need.
  46. 2:31We have a growing library and the link is in the description below.
  47. 2:35The batch draft replies, the follow-up tracker, the end-of-day wrap-up.
  48. 2:38All of them work exactly the same way you just saw.
