  1. 0:01Today, I'm going to walk you through how to get started using DLAM on your Rabbit R1.
  2. 0:05DLAM is our general computer agent that lets you control your computer just by talking to it.
  3. 0:09It can perform actions on your desktop, system settings, in the browser, or across any app.
  4. 0:14That's because, just like you or I, it works by understanding what's on your screen and
  5. 0:18interacting with it directly. And you don't need to install anything, that's the best part.
  6. 0:22It's just plug and play. So you can plug it into your computer to get started,
  7. 0:26and when you want to stop using it, just unplug it. It's very easy.
  8. 0:30So let's set it up.
  9. 0:32First, you want to either open your Chrome or Edge browser.
  10. 0:35So I have Chrome here, as you can see.
  11. 0:36And then go to the website, dlam.rabbit.tech.
  12. 0:40And right away, you see that the welcome message pops up,
  13. 0:43and it kind of gives you an overview as to what DLAM can do.
  14. 0:47So here at the bottom, you have three icons.
  15. 0:48You have your keyboard icon, so you can type in your prompts
  16. 0:51when that's on.
  17. 0:52You've got a microphone, so it will let you mute or unmute
  18. 0:56the microphone so you can talk to DLAM.
  19. 0:58And then it's got a window sharing option. So I'm gonna go ahead and click that window sharing option
  20. 1:03Hello, how can I help you today?
  21. 1:05See I have the option as to what to share
  22. 1:07so
  23. 1:07Make sure that you share your entire screen because you went dealing to be able to see everything that you wanted to that you would want to see and
  24. 1:13operate on your own
  25. 1:17And then at this point you want to plug in your R1
  26. 1:21Using a USB cable make sure first that the device is on and that it's updated to the latest software
  27. 1:28And then you see it pops up here, so I click R1 here to connect it.
  28. 1:32Everything's set. Both screen sharing and remote control are ready.
  29. 1:36What would you like to do now?
  30. 1:37And that's literally it. Like, again, I didn't have to install anything.
  31. 1:41I didn't really have to set anything up. I just plugged it in,
  32. 1:43accepted those permissions, and we're good to go.
  33. 1:46So at this point, since I've got the keyboard thing up there,
  34. 1:49I can type in whatever I want.
  35. 1:51But what I want to do is show you how to use your voice,
  36. 1:54because that's the beauty of R1.
  37. 2:00So, open up the Pages app and write me a haiku about rabbits.
  38. 2:08Got it.
  39. 2:09We're working on opening pages and writing that haiku about rabbits.
  40. 2:14I'm opening the Pages app and starting the haiku about rabbits now.
  41. 2:21So I'm going to let DLAM get to work writing that haiku.
  42. 2:24That's pretty much it.
  43. 2:25Today we wanted to show you how to get started using DLAM on your R1.
  44. 2:30We're going to be sharing some more videos about other use cases and cool things you can do with it.
